Job Seekers
-
All companies began with one employee who had an idea and desired to lead others.
-
An employee applies their natural skill sets, education, work or job experience and thought processes to an organization, to move forward that organization.
-
An employee participates in the growth of the company by servicing their clients through contractual obligations for services or products.
-
A Job Seeker is the company's most valuable asset.

What to Expect After Submitting Your Resume
-
DUNNRITE will contact you via email, text or phone call when a position becomes available that meets your background.
-
Your resume or application will be inserted into our database which job openings from our employer’s database will query daily against the candidate database.
-
The query will identify resumes of candidates who are suitable for the employer’s job opening.
-
A Recruiter then begins identifying candidates who may possess the skills and talents identified in our search plan for that employer’s job opening.
-
We then make contact with you on a direct, personal basis, via email, text or phone call.
-
We present the opportunity, objectives, responsibilities, salary and potential of the position.
-
Only when a strong mutual interest exists does the conversation move forward and interviews occur.
-
If the employer desires to extend a Job Offer, DUNNRITE will facilitate by sharing the details of that offer, negotiating the best terms for both parties, securing from the employer a written document to support the job offer with agreed upon terms, and gaining your signature.
-
We will then work between the employer and you, the new employee, on the onboarding process.
-
We help you maneuver through the process of resigning from your current position and ensuring that no obstacles hamper your transfer to the current opportunity.
-
Our interface with the now-new employee does not end. We stay in touch until you begin employment. And, continue checking back as your career progresses.
-
If you are not offered the position, DUNNRITE will inform you and we begin the process over.
