Position Description:

Construction Scheduler will analyze and evaluate baseline schedules and monthly schedules.
Will develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing the information.
Will provide advice and consultation to relate to construction scheduling issues.
Accumulate and access historical data, such as performance experience, for use in maintaining realistic basis for future planning and forecasting
Produce as-built schedules against established baseline schedule
Assess the impact(s) of design or construction changes and schedule slippages
Review monthly schedules
Job site visits to gain knowledge of project site conditions as related to the project schedule and work being performed
Provide written report of schedule status to the Construction Management Team.
Evaluate contractor’s Time Impact Analysis for schedule delays and provide written documentation of findings and recommendations
Attend meetings to discuss contractor schedule, findings and recommendations

Position Description:

As a Airport Construction Manager you will be an Owner's Represenative working with a Team to develop the overall Programming for the Airport Construction Project Deliverables.

Representing the Client, Architect and General Contractor for the overall project delivery, beginning
with project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You will be ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. By developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules as part of a team responsible for the overall Programming of the Projects.

Position Description:

Conducts technical field inspections of building, equipment, and installations during various phases of mechanical construction, installation, and operation.
Inspects new and existing mechanical installations such as: air conditioning, heating, ventilation systems, high and low pressure fired and un-fired vessels, elevators, escalators, and other mechanical or hand conveying devices.
Reviews mechanical installation plans, blueprints, specifications and materials lists to determine compliance with applicable regulations and good building and construction practices and recommends approval or rejection.
Detects and investigates reported and unreported hazards, possible safety problems, and violations; determines conformity with accepted standards and approved plans.
Reports suspected or known violations of zoning, electrical, plumbing, building, licensing, marine, fire, and planning standards to the appropriate authorities.
Prepares and maintains reports, records, and correspondence concerning mechanical enforcement and inspection activities.

Position Description:

Construction Estimator will analyze blueprints and specifications to accurately prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Responsibilities will include performing material take-offs from drawings, contacting subcontractors and suppliers for pricing, travel to job sites to gather information on field conditions, and identification of all cost factors including but not limited to material, labor, equipment, etc. Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements; setting priorities. Prepares construction estimates by studying construction blueprints, technical specifications, and identifying project costs for each element of the proposed improvements. Evaluates all quotes and proposals to ensure compliance with scope of work. Provides written contract brief on special bid stipulations (including but not limited to specialty training, compliance requirements for Set-Aside projects, etc.) Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information as may pertain to bidding. Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. With the use of bid tabulations, periodically reviews the efficacy and accuracy of estimating efforts. Attends pre-bid meetings and walk throughs, and at all other times when necessary, travels to jobsites to gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors.
Monitor and track any changes to solicitations and Request for Proposals (RFPs) such as Amendments and/or Addenda and ensure estimate reflects all modifications. Contributes to team efforts by providing support to the Team as needed.
