Position Description:
The Project Engineer will work as part of the Owner's Representative Team for the Interior and Exterior Renovations of a High Rise, GSA Building. This is a 40 Million dollar project that includes: A new Curtain Wall, Roofing System, Facade with Interior Renovations to follow.

Position Description:
As Construction Estimator, you will be playing a critical role in company critical projects at facilities.
Develop, compile and present high-level cost estimates for multiple projects.
Develop detailed cost estimates as designs develop, communicating with various stakeholders on cost drivers and value engineering opportunities across all trades.
Review plans and specifications for scope and value. Responsible to ensure that the plans and specs are complete. Determine the scope of work needed to complete each project and make recommendations as to appropriate subcontractors.
Review bid packages to be sent out to prospective subcontractors. Complete the scope sheets that are to be included in the bid packages and monitor the progress of the bids to ensure that all proposed bids come in on schedule.
Check all proposals for scope, quantity, correctness and completeness.
Responsible to perform quantity take offs and to work with staff estimate to ensure that all quantity take offs are complete and accurate.
